Jim Marshall

About The Author

Jim Marshall (1936-2010) is world renowned as the pioneer of rock-and-roll photography. A principal photographer at Woodstock and the only photographer allowed backstage at the Beatles’ final concert, he immortalized bands such as the Grateful Dead and Jefferson Airplane before they became household names. In 2014, Marshall received a Grammys Trustees Award for his life's work.
