Hasselback Chicken Recipe from The Easiest Air Fryer Book Ever

This is possibly one of my family’s personal favourite recipes done in the air fryer. It is absolutely delicious. Bon Appetite!
 

Serves 2 

 

Ingredients:

 
•    2 chicken breasts, skinless 

•    50g English Spinach 

•    50g ricotta cheese 

•    20g cheddar cheese

•     ¼ tsp. sweet paprika  
 
Method: 
 
1. Cut slices into the chicken breasts, 2cm apart and 75% through. 

2. In a bowl mix together spinach, ricotta and half the cheddar cheese. Season well. 

3. Stuff each breast with the ricotta mixture. 

4. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and sweet paprika. 

5. Place in the air fryer, cook at 200C for 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the juices run clear.
