About The Book

A practical guide for incrementally improving your life, quickly.

The One Percent Rule is a practical guide and a personal story about reconciling ourselves with the people we are afraid of becoming, and how moments that feel like the end of our lives are often just the beginning.

Broken down into sections on mental wellbeing, physical health and healthy habit creation – from bad eating patterns and aligning circadian rhythms to deepening relationships and managing your anxiety and grief – it expands upon the science, its applications and how it can improve our lives when we're feeling time-poor and stressed out.
