If you don't use the calories you eat, your body will store them as fat. Getting plenty of exercise is one way to make sure this doesn't happen. But exercise is good for you in other ways as well. It helps your inside organs work better, it helps you think better, and it even makes you feel happier. You don't have to be an athlete. Exercise is for everyone!
