Dr. Michelle P. King is a globally recognized inequality and organizational culture expert, and believes we need to learn how workplaces work to make them work for everyone. She is the host of The Fix podcast, and the author of the award-winning books, How Work Works (Harper Business, 2023) and The Fix (Atria, 2020). A published academic with five degrees, Michelle is pursuing a post-doctoral research fellowship with Cranfield University in the United Kingdom.
