In fairy tales, the princess always gets the prince. Or does she?

When Max Anderson reluctantly responds to Samantha Hogan’s early morning distress call, he’s convinced trouble is brewing. An investor in her business and a long-time friend, Max finds himself unexpectedly—and inconveniently—drawn to Sam’s latest hedgehog-hair, forest-nymph look. Before he knows it, he’s caught up in trying to solve the strange happenings at The Seven Dwarves, dodging attacks from her overprotective dog, and competing with Sam’s new boyfriend—the heir to a local winery.

The hardest part? Convincing Sam that he’s not Grumpy, the dwarf, but a serious contender for her heart. Sam, meanwhile, is distracted and confused by the growing pull she feels toward Max.
