About The Author

Dr Lucy Williamson BVM&S DVM MSc RNutr is a public health nutritionist and former veterinary surgeon (Edinburgh University 1991), with expertise spanning both animal and human health. After 15 years in veterinary practice in the UK and Canada, she earned an MSc in Nutrition from King’s College London. Lucy now runs Lucy Williamson Nutrition, is an ambassador for Love British Food, co-director of Nature’s Blueprint CIC, and founder of The Gut Project, promoting the link between food, farming and health.
