Illustrated by Ruth-Mary Smith
Published by Riveted Press
Distributed by Simon & Schuster

About The Book

PD McPem loves making music with her new yellow recorder. But when it mysteriously disappears while she helps Grandpa clean up the garage, she fears she will never be able to make music again. Clues itch behind PD’s ears, and Granny seems to be a suspect, but the mystery is not over yet. With the help of Grandpa, some new detective’s tools and her dog Scooter, PD must solve the case of the missing recorder!
Featuring a beautiful grandparent-grandchild relationship, this sweet story illustrates the fun that can be had with a few props and a wonderful imagination.
