About The Author

Jennifer Hayes is a licensed marriage and family therapist based out of Pasadena, California. In private practice working with individuals and couples, her focus is working with grief and loss, trauma, chronic illness, and relationship dynamics. She has extensive experience helping individuals find meaning, balance, and a sense of wholeness on their path of healing. Having practiced meditation and mindfulness for 25 years, she integrates those skills into her practice.
