Accessing positive past lives can be of great benefit as it allows you to reconnect to the skills and the abilities that you had back then and all of the positive thoughts and ideas that you had about yourself. Bringing this awareness into the present can help to boost confidence and bring about positive inner changes. HEALING AND ENERGY CLEARING WITH THE ANGELS
This recording has been designed to take you on a journey into the angelic realms to enable you to receive healing and clear away any unwanted thoughts, feelings or energies that may have been held in your energy field. These can be energies that belong to you, some may have been with you for a very long time, or may have been picked up by you along the way from others around you. This simple clearing process can be used regularly to clear away the inner clutter and keep you energetically clear, protected and safe
FUTURE LIFE PROGRESSION
Once you are relaxed there will be a guided meditation to allow you to access your ‘potential future.’ The experience will be a little like daydreaming you may see or hear or just get a sense of the future, everyone experiences things differently; whatever you experience will be right for you. On this journey you will get to explore your most probable future- the one that will occur if you stay on the same path that you are on now; an alternative version of the future, that you might not have thought of, and the highest potential future that is available to you if you utilize all of your inner gifts and talents. You will also get to visit a future life, if you wish, and meet with your higher self for some insights and messages about your future life. This information can clarify for you the right direction to head in and save you time from making the wrong choices. You can explore how projects might turn out and see what will bring you the best success and the greatest happiness.

TRANSFORMATIONAL JOURNEY
The Listener will be taken on a metaphorical journey that will allow you to transform memories from your current life. You will be shown how you can let go of memories that no longer serve you and learn how to reconnect to positive memories. As you remember the positive moments from your life you will begin to remember who you really are and what you are really capable of. This will enable you to feel better about yourself and get the life you want.
INNER CHILD AND ANCESTRAL HEALING
Designed to help the listener to find forgiveness for the challenges that you may have experienced as a result of some of the beliefs and behaviours carried down through your ancestry. Helping you to release the residue of any unhelpful ancestral ties and making way for a powerful healing to occur. As a result you are then able to reconnect with your inner child and provide a safe and unconditional loving space for your child to enjoy; generating inner feelings of safety security and support, which will lead to greater feelings of inner peace and contentment.
CHAKRA MEDITATION
The listener will be taken on a journey into their inner world where they will be activating the seven energy centres in their body, the Chakra’s. Each of these centres is a source of strength and power and by activating them the listener will be allowing energy to flow freely through their being; connecting them to Mother Earth and Father Sky and allowing a greater connection to the Cosmos. As they awaken these centres so they will connect to their own inner strength so that powerful transformations can occur.
